Returns & Withdrawal

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Of course, orders may be cancelled within the statutory withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To ensure the high quality and flawless condition of our products, every return is carefully inspected. Please handle the goods with appropriate care and use them solely for fitting purposes, as you would in a physical retail store.

The following items are excluded from return in particular:

• Items showing signs of use

• Items that have been worn or washed

• Items containing stains, make-up residue, or other contamination

• Items with perfume, smoke, or other foreign odors

• Items that have been damaged, altered, or improperly handled

• Items returned without original tags or accessories

• Items that are no longer in new and resalable condition

As our dresses are intended for special occasions such as weddings, proms, engagement parties, gala events, and other festive celebrations, we place particular importance on maintaining the quality and exclusivity of our products.
